Chapter two of Mimi no Kaidan.
Plot
Mimi is walking in the forest with her boyfriend, Naoto (another recurring character.) He hears a noise and goes to find the source. They see the corpse of a woman who has hanged herself from a tree, but can't figure how she got up there since there's nothing she could have used to climb. They can also hear the sound of something falling but the only thing they see that has come down from the corpse is one of her shoes.
Suddenly, clumps of something begin to pour out of her body and they see that the corpse has turned around to face them. Mimi and Naoto run. They look back several times, the body still facing them. They never work out what happened or what had begun to fall out of the body.
